Additionally, he has developed a rigorous approach to process improvement and streamlining the design-for-manufacturing pipeline, ensuring projects achieve their desired outcomes.

Before working on Biomedical diagnostic and Implantable Medical Devices, Ryan held specialized roles in the jewelry industry as a Jeweler and designer. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys restoring old furniture, researching antiques and design history.
